Policy’s * Braiding hair is not included . No preference on brands but hair MUST be pre-stretched * 10 min grace fee after 15 mins you’ll be sent the next available slot with option to reschedule or charged a $25 late fee * all appointments must be booked through booking app or will be considered a squeeze in with fee * Small styles must be booked before 3pm * Please do not book for freestyle if you have a specific style in mind unless you’ve reached out about the style and have been asked to do so . * Pleaseeee do not book on the same day as any other services , obligations or any events timing of hair appointments vary and are subject to change based on many different factors and I will not rush my work * If your child is tender headed and will give me any problems please make sure to add on the “tender head fee” * All clients are asked to arrive with clean blow dried hair free of product unless getting the wash and blow dry service . * If for any reason you are not able to blow dry your hair please braid your hair into 6 sections to avoid tangles and let me know ahead of time (extra $10) * Please avoid trims prior to appointment THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ME AS YOUR BRAIDER SEE YOU SOON 💕Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Nine shades Of Slay has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Nine shades Of Slay at 7075961960 or nineshadesofslayllc@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
